Location was ok although there is a better place (s) such as the Gypsy Motel for cheaper price and better view. I had been staying at Gypsy for over 13 days / nights prior to booking at Tides Oceanview Inn.

I booked my stay for Saturday Aug 5 through the Booking.com app. My family of 4 plus two dogs drove 4 hours for a college visit to the hotel to discover the booking was somehow changed to Friday, Aug 4. What a disappointment! They refused to give a refund and ironically said if we booked directly through the hotel they would be able to provide a refund. I wouldnt have known about the hotel if I didnt use the app! So my family and I lost out a lot of money, and ended up having to book another room - we werent driving back! We got the last room at the Oxford Suites / Pismo which was an excellent and highly recommended stay.

Absolutely nothing they were completely rude. The guests next to us and above us kept us all night and we didnt sleep until 330. Had to get up the next morning at 6:30.
